2022 an adventure into 2023

Updated: Dec 28, 2022

As the year draws to an end and with the New Year 2023 on the horizon, it is a time of personal reflection and also excitement for whatever the next 365 days hold. A complete blank canvas to create whatever I wish, for myself and my future self as well as embracing the changing seasons and elements of nature.

2022 has been a busy time for myself personally and professionally, with a lot of self care and the start of a new direction and enlightenment. Back in 2020 the plan was to start moving away from some of the holistics on offer at Essential Soul Wellbeing, streamlining the business as I had tentatively started on my sound journey, firstly with training in drum Journeys, then a short course on Tibetan Singing Bowl therapy, I was hooked. Fast forward to the beginning of this year, I found myself signing up for gong practitioner training course with the College of Sound Healing. This has been life changing on so many levels.

May 2023 all being well I will complete the course this enabling me to deliver one to one and group gong baths as well as incorporating the other sound skills learnt along this journey, what an exciting time. Many ideas are floating around in my head for future projects, that is why I have loved rediscovered journaling, no idea why I ever stopped however it does help focus thoughts and a busy mind.

Also this year Essential Soul Wellbeing formed a successful collaboration with Mel from Mel Grant Holistic Therapies, we have offered throughout the year successful evenings of pure relaxation and selfcare with mindful movement, meditation, sound journeys to name a just a few themes. We will be back on the 20th January 2023, details not published as yet.

At this time of year its a time of reflection, letting go of things that no longer serve us, nurturing and selfcare, with lots of new adventures to be had.

I would just like to wish all friends and clients of Essential Soul Wellbeing a very Happy Christmas and much joy, health, abundance and peace for the coming year ahead,

Much appreciation and many thanks for your continued support,

Pam xx
