Privacy Policy

Personal Records/Client Consultation forms are completed for a variety of Holistic Therapies. These Personal Records/Client Consultation forms are held for Ten years. A client can view their Personal Records/Consultation Forms at a mutually agreed time at Essential Soul Wellbeing location.

Personal Records/Client Consultation Forms are completed at the time of first Treatment by client. The information required is for your safety and to benefit your treatments, whilst all Holistic Therapies are safe, there are certain contra-indications which may require special attention. The information is treated in the strictest of confidence at all times.

Personal Information/Client consultation forms are kept securely in a locked secure document container which only myself has access to.

If clients book appointments by mobile phone/text/messenger my mobile phone/laptop/tablet are all password protected also my mobile phone has finger print recognition which can only be accessed by myself.

No information will be passed on to third parties.

Terms and Conditions

  • I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy on events. Tickets are not refundable or transferable within 48 hours of the event. You can however gift them to a friend, family member or someone else. 
    Tickets cancelled 48 hours or more before the event are refundable and transferable. 
    Please contact Pam if you require a refund or have to cancel/gift/transfer your ticket for the event. 

  • Events will commence at the published time, any late arrivals will not be admitted into the event as this disturbs the rest of the group.

  • No under sixteens permitted at events
     

  • I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy for one to one treatments at Essential Soul Wellbeing. Unforeseen problems do occur however I would appreciate notice, so that your appointment can be given to another client.

  • Mobile phones, you are politely requested to respect the ethos of treatments by switching off/or putting on silent of your mobile phone or any other electronic device during your treatment.

  • Children, due to my insurance policy I would ask that you do not bring children along to your appointment.

  • Please be aware there is not a waiting area/room available to clients.

  • All clients to attend their appointments alone, please do not bring someone else along with you to your appointment.

  • Treatments are for persons age 16 and over.

  • Pregnancy, if you are or could be pregnant, please let me know in advance. Treatments will be tailor made to suit your needs. I will only offer treatments when you are over 16 weeks pregnant.

  • Treatments are strictly by appointment only.

  • The treatment time stated includes getting on/off therapy couch. 

  • If you arrive late for your booked appointment please be aware that this time will be taken out of your booked treatment time.

  • Appointments subject to availability and no walk ins, all treatments must be pre booked.
