You will need a journal and pen, a mat or something to lie on, blanket, pillow, whatever you need to make yourself cosy & warm plus water to drink. If you cannot lie on the floor feel free to bring along a folding chair something like an easy to carry outdoor chair, not forgetting your cosy blanket and pillow.

 What is a gong bath,  it is a unique experience to you at that moment in time, in which you are bathed in the sound waves and vibrations of gongs and other instruments. All you need to do is make yourself cosy on your mat with your blankets and pillow, secure in the knowledge that you are in a safe, non-judgmental space, giving yourself permission, time and space to switch off and unwind from life’s hectic pace as the gongs take you on a journey of relaxation, de stressing, balancing and rejuvenating your mind, body and soul. 

The Summer Solstice is the peak of our expressive and expansive selves. It is a time to enjoy and celebrate what we have, what we want and who we are, what we have achieved and manifested this year so far. By using this special day to focus and charge with healing and positive intent all you wish to be. Add the power and strength of the sun to enhance and activate what you want/wish  to bring into your life. Immerse yourself in this session to express your own uniqueness by journaling your thoughts, feelings and what you would like to manifest into your life. The Sun is at its height of power as this is the longest day and shortest night, from this point on to the Winter Solstice the days will get shorter.

If you are coming from the direction of Mold, take the second turn on your left for the cricket club, just after the white sign on your left marking "A541 Wrexham 8 miles" there is a speed camera sign above. Then drive over the little bridge.

If your coming from Wrexham, after the white sign for Corwen and Chester turn offs, it is your first right  into the cricket club and over the little bridge.

If the car park is full, please park in the cricket club car park just before the bridge.

Some health conditions may not be suitable for a gong session, such as metal plates & pins, pregnancy, pace makers, head trauma or epilepsy, recent surgery, serve mental health issues, tinnitus., under the influence of alcohol or non prescribed drugs. I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy on events. Tickets are not refundable or transferable within 48 hours of the event. You can however gift them to a friend, family member or someone else. 

Tickets cancelled 48 hours or more before the event are refundable and transferable. 

Please contact Essential Soul Wellbeing if you require a refund or have to cancel/gift/transfer your ticket for the event. 

Events will commence at the published time, any late arrivals will not be admitted into the event as this disturbs the rest of the group.
