A Gong Sound Bath, Session 1 (12 noon to 1 pm) at the Holistic Hideaway at the Red, Cyffylliog. There are lots of wonderful offerings at this event plus yummy food available, entry fee to the Holistic Hideaway at the Red is £3 in advance and £5 on the door, All offerings are individually priced and some are pre booked, contact Nita 07926203578 or Angela 07881450037 for more information.This Gong Sound bath is £10.50 per person, is pre book only and no under 16's, limited places available.

You will need a mat or something to lie on, blanket, pillow, whatever you need to make yourself cosy & warm plus water to drink. If you cannot lie on the floor feel free to bring along a folding chair something like an easy to carry outdoor chair, not forgetting your cosy blanket and pillow.

 What is a gong bath,  it is a unique experience to you at that moment in time, in which you are bathed in the sound waves and vibrations of gongs and other instruments. All you need to do is make yourself cosy on your mat with your blankets and pillow, secure in the knowledge that you are in a safe, nonjudgmental space, giving yourself permission, time and space to switch off and unwind from life’s hectic pace as the gongs take you on a journey of relaxation, de stressing, balancing and rejuvenating your mind, body and soul.

Some health conditions may not be suitable for a gong session, such as metal plates & pins, first trimester of pregnancy, pace makers, head trauma or epilepsy, recent surgery, serve mental health issues, tinnitus. I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy on events. Tickets are not refundable or transferable within 48 hours of the event. You can however gift them to a friend, family member or someone else. 

Tickets cancelled 48 hours or more before the event are refundable and transferable. 

Please contact Essential Soul Wellbeing if you require a refund or have to cancel/gift/transfer your ticket for the event. 

Events will commence at the published time, any late arrivals will not be admitted into the event as this disturbs the rest of the group.
