About the event
A Gong Sound Bath, Session 1 (12 noon to 1 pm) at the Holistic Hideaway at the Red, Cyffylliog. There are lots of wonderful offerings at this event plus yummy food available, entry fee to the Holistic Hideaway at the Red is £3 in advance and £5 on the door, All offerings are individually priced and some are pre booked, contact Nita 07926203578 or Angela 07881450037 for more information.This Gong Sound bath is £10.50 per person, is pre book only and no under 16's, limited places available.
You will need a mat or something to lie on, blanket, pillow, whatever you need to make yourself cosy & warm plus water to drink. If you cannot lie on the floor feel free to bring along a folding chair something like an easy to carry outdoor chair, not forgetting your cosy blanket and pillow.
