This is a donation based session due to this being Essential Soul Wellbeing's first Gong Sound Bath since relocating to this area.

You will need a mat or something to lie on, blanket, pillow, whatever you need to make yourself cosy & warm plus water to drink. If you cannot lie on the floor feel free to bring along a folding chair something like an easy to carry outdoor chair, not forgetting your cosy blanket and pillow.

What is a gong bath,  it is a unique experience to you at that moment in time, in which you are bathed in the sound waves and vibrations of gongs and other instruments. All you need to do is make yourself cosy on your mat with your blankets and pillow, secure in the knowledge that you are in a safe, non-judgmental space, giving yourself permission, time and space to switch off and unwind…
